Q. How do I find my barcode or ticket number and PIN to play?

Your validation barcode and the ticket number and Entry Code are located on the front of your $10 STRUCK BY LUCK ticket. Scratch the bottom of the play area to reveal the barcode and/or 10 Entry Code that includes a 3 digit PIN in the numbers surrounded by a box. If using the Struck by Luck app to play, scan the validation barcode. If using the website, enter the ticket number and 10 digit Entry Code.

Q. Do I have to play the interactive game to win a prize?

A. No. A player can scan their ticket on the self-ticket checker at retailer or validate a ticket at a Lottery retailer or Lottery office.

Q. How do I claim my prize?

A. Complete the information on the back of the ticket. Prizes under $599 can be claimed at any Florida Lottery retailer. Prizes of $600 to less than $1,000,000 may be claimed in person at a Lottery office or mailed to Florida Lottery, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32399-9939 along with a completed Winner Claim Form and a copy of photo identification. $1,000,000 prizes must be processed through Florida Lottery Headquarters. $1,000,000 prizes may be submitted directly to Lottery Headquarters for processing and payment; may be submitted to a Lottery district office for forwarding to Headquarters; or may be submitted to the mailing address above. Q. Can I play multiple times with the same ticket?

A. You can replay the interactive game to reveal any winnings, but the outcome will not change if you use the same ticket.
